accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments through Paypal. Please note that Popsy Pix is a division of Mod Melon, payments will appear on your credit card statement as modmelon. You do not need a
Paypal account to use a credit card, just click the link for do not
have Paypal account on the Paypal payment screen. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide
your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and
phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect
information will cause the order to be cancelled due to billing details not being confirmed. We will only ship orders to the verified/confirmed billing address. Due to the
customized nature of our products, we require full payment in advance
before any work will begin on your order.

No Refunds will be provided for any personalized items, unless we have made a mistake in the customization of your product. Please note that no refunds will be given for incorrect customizations that are approved by you and the result of incorrectly supplied details on your part, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate personalization details including punctuation and to insure that the proof you approve is correct.
Damaged in TransitIf you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit, please follow the steps below to initiate the claim process with us.
Inspect your package immediately upon receiving it, if the item is damaged, contact us through our online contact form or directly through email at info@popsypix.com.
If you received something damaged or items are missing from a package, please hang on to the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled.
- Once we have received your report of damage for the package, we will initiate the claim online with USPS. Once we confirm with your local USPS Office that you have turned the items in at the Post Office as required for the claiming process, and filled out the form(s) required, you will receive a refund for your order through Paypal. If your order included more than one item, you will be refunded the fee paid for the damaged item only and the shipping and handling fees paid for that item. Items received without damage are not included in the claim paperwork and the value for non damaged items and the shipping and handling fees for these items will not be refunded.
{Image Placement}
The placement of the image may differ from what you see on your proof/monitor to the final printed item due to this molding/printing process, no refunds/replacements will be provided for placement differences as this is not a flaw in the process.
{Colors}No refunds will be given for color differences or variances from what you see on your monitor/digital proof to the final printed item, as there is no way to guarantee this type of color match and colors will vary from monitor to monitor and from material to material and from the digital proof you view on your monitor.
{Melamine Products}Also due to the molding process for our Melamine Plates, Bowls, Platters, Trays, Mugs and Water Bottles, some creasing and/or lines may appear around the edges, but this is normal and no refunds will be issued for this as it is NOT a mistake/flaw in production. Also the placement of the image may differ from what you see on your proof/monitor to the final printed item due to this molding process, no refunds will be provided for placement differences as this is not a flaw in the process.
{Playing Cards}

Playing Cards are a novelty product, please see listing for the weight and finish of our cards. If you would like to receive a sample of our card stock and color palette for this item prior to purchase, please contact us. Our samples include a single card with our color palette. The fee is $1 and includes shipping.
{Phone Cases}Some fading of color where the case wraps around to the front of your phone may be visible, this is due to the molding process and is not a mistake or flaw, no refunds will be issued for this.
{Sublimated Items}
For our sublimated items such as mugs, vanity license plates, pet tags, metal signs...some surface imperfections will be inherit in the material, these are not a flaw and no refunds/replacements will be issued for this.

All items on your order will ship in one shipment, so orders with
products requiring longer production times, will be held until all items
are ready to ship.
All of our shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation. Insurance is provided free of charge on orders of $200 or
more and you will be required to sign for the package. USPS Express Mail may be available and would be an additional fee
quoted to you for your order. We currently only ship within the USA.
USPS Priority Mail to most locations is 2-4 business days, but this is not guaranteed by USPS.
These rates and estimated transit times are in addition to production
time, processing of your order, and proofing. Please note that most
of our orders carry a 10-20 business day(Monday-Friday, non holiday)
production turnaround from approval of proof, as all orders are sent to a professional
printer/manufacturer for production. Although sometimes production will
be completed sooner, we can not guarantee your order will ship prior
to that time frame. Please order accordingly, especially during our
business period from October through the first of January. If we do not receive a response to our proof email or support ticket within 7 business days, your order will be printed with the options submitted with your order and no refunds will be issued for any reason. If you supply an email address that comes back undeliverable, your order will be printed with the options submitted with your order and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Rush Processing/Production may be available for some items for an
additional fee, please contact us to see if this is available prior to
purchase and we will provide you with the rates for the products you
wish to order and let you know if rush production is available. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |

| We accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments through Paypal. We also accept Google Checkout. We require that you submit your payment through Paypal and Google Checkout with confirmed billing details. If you submit your order with an unconfirmed address, the payment will be denied and the order cancelled. We ship all orders to the address confirmed with your Paypal/Google account, please use the confirmed billing address when you submit your order through our website. |
